Coaching Packages
6 Sessions
Express Coaching:
6 session package spaced 1-2 weeks apart - best for someone with a very specific challenge or goal that they are eager to make progress on in a timely manner; highly organized and motivated clients that are just stuck and need a thought partner.
8 Sessions
General Coaching:
8 session package spaced 1-2 weeks apart - best for the majority of clients that need help with clarity, planning and goal setting, motivation and gaining forward momentum toward something.
3 Month
Black Belt Coaching:
3-month package spaced 1 week apart for first month, 2 weeks apart for the remain two months + 2 followup sessions at 1 month and 3 months - best for clients working on a longer term goal that requires more support and accountability along the way. Also, clients who foresee needing more support in the early coaching phase to gain clarity.
